Keeping your accountant out of your pocket

It’s that time of the month again … Once a month, the partners and managers have to bill out their “work in progress”. To you and me, that means their computer system is going to spit out the total time spent on your work by all members of the practice – from the Senior Partner down to the Secretary and Junior Accountants.  The pressure is on to bill “all” the time accumulated.  Write-offs are inconceivable – at least, not if the accountant wants a pay rise at the year end pay review!

The Challenge

Here’s the deal … Give the guy 30 minutes of your time for 7 days, followed by 7 days off … then rinse and repeat 7 times. By the end of that, you should know everything you need to know about starting a business online. The cost? Absolutely zilch! At least in $$ terms. But it will cost you precious time … I should know.
